Good Morning Brisbane

Today I kicked myself at 5:30 am out of bed. After an odyssey through the suburbs I finally found a spot (not the one I was searching anyways) which gave me a good view of Brisbane. Just 10 minutes before sunrise. So I started shooting and within 40 minutes I made 220 shots. I was looking through them today and I couldn’t find a single one that I liked. But I don’t want my morning to be a waste so I took this shot and fixed some imperfections (crap planes, dirty/scratch on lens) and fixed the curves a bit (not a lot it is the real colour). While I was shooting away a lot of ppl passed me and I earned from a friendly 'Hello' to 'What a weirdo'-looks. Just 5 Meters from the place I was standing was a fantastic modern house with a terrace on the roof. I was imagining how great it must be to live here until I saw what it takes. I saw a couple dunking their coffee in a minute and leaving in their expensive cars...carrier minded...not bad but what’s the money worth if you don’t enjoy it. Whatever...that was my morning and that is the photo - full stop.
